Action Timeline for 2020 Primaries
Rest now. Trips to the beach, hikes in the mountains, fireworks.

Because friends, this fall we hit the streets and the phones. Because this is the election where we rise up. Where we reject all the criminal, corrupt, dark money-supported, anti-American, and anti-99% politicians plaguing our government.

For now, call up the friends you made canvassing for the 2018 election. Let them know to be ready.

California’s primary is in March. Ballots will go out in February. Our work begins this fall.

For those, like Chuck Norris, who never sleep, see the calls to action and upcoming events below.

Other Calls to Action
1. Read the Mueller Report - You can access a copy online here from NPR

2. We urge all members to join DEMCCO (Democratic Club of Carlsbad Oceanside) before June 22 in order to attend their next meeting on June 22 from 10am-12 noon at Woman's Club of Carlsbad, 3320 Monroe St., Carlsbad, CA 92008. (Car pools can be arranged to make it easier to attend.)  We stress the importance of joining DEMCCO because Rep. Mike Levin will need our support at the DEMCCO endorsement meeting on July 27. In order to be eligible to vote in July, you must attend the June 22 meeting. Joining is very simple: go to the DEMCCO website ( and click on join. It costs $25 for individual membership or $35 for family (up to 3).  Please NOTE that if you are already a member of another Dem club, you can still join DEMCCO and add your support to Levin endorsement in July.
3. From Indivisible National:  Tell your MoC to support H.R. 1046 to bring down prescription drug prices. House Democrats are very likely to act on legislation to lower prescription drug costs this summer, and they are currently considering two competing proposals for doing so. Rep. Lloyd Doggett’s H.R. 1046 is a much stronger approach than the alternative; click here to learn more about why it’s the right policy to solve this problem, then make a call to tell your MoC to co-sponsor this critical legislation.
